Refund policy

a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

  1. Non-returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns due to their unique nature.

  2. Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service

team to receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was shipped.

  1. Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), minus any shipping charges, unless otherwise specified.
